The rental market has been changing considerably over the last few years, with so much choice now for properties our clients are looking for more detailed descriptions and images for their holiday homes, Villas USA is allowing a select number of advertisers to advertise their property on our site.

Being property owners ourselves, we know the importance of getting lett's and not having to lay out vast amounts of money in fees and commission to agents or website companies for advertising your property.

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY COMMISSION FOR LEADS OR BOOKINGS THAT COME FROM OUR SITE.

We charge a one off  registration fee of £100.00. For this fee you will receive a listing for your property together with a link to a separate web page advertising your villa, the page will contain five further images together with text outlying details about your villa, plus links directly to you so you can deal with every enquiry personally. You are free to add extra images at £10.00 per image.

We have a yearly membership charge of £80.00, payable after your first year. If you make any changes to your listing the charges for this are outlined below.

To Advertise:

We will require you to send us your text togeather with at least 5 images of your property and all your contact details via e-mail, plus forward your payment of £100.00 payable to Villas USA, to 116 Crest View Drive, Petts Wood, Kent. BR5 1BX. Once payment has been received your villa will be added to our site within 48 hours.
