OAK ISLAND HARBOUR
Our 4 bedroom luxury interior designed executive villa is less than 2 miles from DISNEY, in the prestigious Oak Island Harbor area, off the U.S.192. It is within walking distance of Splendid China Gardens, and the Formosa Gardens Mall where you have a 24 hr supermarket and a variety of popular restaurants. The villa sleeps up to 10 people and is in an ideal location to visit the attractions of Orlando.

Our beautifully furnished home has four good sized bedrooms, a heated pool our villa is located in Kissimmee at Oak Island Harbour just moments from Disney.
 
Conveniently situated for all the theme parks. The East and West coast beaches are about an hours drive away, Kennedy Space Center is about 45 minutes. 

Essential supermarkets and shops are within walking distance.

Accommodation

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: 
Master sleeps 2: The master bedroom has patio doors leading out to the pool. It has a 26 inch T.V. a large walk-in closet, and has its own large luxury bathroom with shower, oval bath, and vanity units.
Guest  sleeps 2:  Second suite with Queen bed - large closet - full bathroom
Bedroom 3 Themed: Scoobt Doo - Two Twin (single) beds - built in closet - shared full bathroom
Bedroom 4 sleeps 2: Two Twin (single) beds - built in closet - shared full bathroom
 
Kitchen: Good family sized well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The breakfast dining area looks out on to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and luxury patio pool furniture.
The other end of the kitchen takes you to the formal dining room.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
 
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
 
Living Room: Comfortable living space and dining area.   TV and DVD player 
 
Towels/linen: All Towels & linen provided including towels for pool use.
 
Pool area: The pool provides a great relaxation spot after a busy day at the shops or Theme Parks. At night you can even hear the Disney fireworks. The villa being so close to Disney is great for visiting the Theme Parks early, then spending a few hours back at the Villa chilling out, before returning to the parks later in the day.
Winter pool heating available on request.

Location

Situated just off Hhighway 192 virtually opposite the Animal Kingdom, Oak Island Cove/Harbor is a very popular community of recently built pool homes. The nearest shops and restaurants are situated within walking distance at the Formosa Gardens Plaza. You can access Walt Disney Resort within 5 minutes driving time of your vacation home.
